Important Considerations
- The LOBA Factory series primers and finishes should be applied to decorative floors that have not been sanded.
- The surface must be dry and free of any possible old layers, grease, silicone, and other contaminants. Optimum working conditions are achieved at room temperatures of +15°C to +25°C, floor temperatures of +15°C to +22°C, and relative humidity of 40%-75%. Application areas must be adequately ventilated.
- The material should be poured into a bucket and mixed well before applying with a roller; it should not be poured directly onto the floor.
- To reduce the risk of excessive blistering, it is recommended to apply with a roller no more than twice a day.
- The product is ready for application and should not be diluted!
- No intermediate sanding should be done before the primer application.
- The surface can be polished no sooner than 3 hours and up to 24 hours after application. If drying is delayed, the primer should be allowed to dry completely before applying the finish.
- Liquids should be cleaned up immediately, as prolonged exposure can lead to discoloration.
- If film damage (scratches, holes, cuts) occurs, liquids may penetrate the filler without obstruction.
- Depending on the base color of the flooring or surface finish, stains may appear more severe (e.g., a dark brown stain on a light-colored floor).
- Uncoated fillers should only be stepped on with shoe covers. Dirt and moisture affecting the filler may become visible after surface treatment.
- Materials containing softening agents, such as carpet underlays, furniture legs, and chair wheels, can cause softening and color changes. Stains from hair dyes, car and motorcycle tires, etc., can lead to permanent, irreversible color changes on the surface.
