Loba CareCleaner: Water-Based Maintenance Solution
This high-concentration, pH-neutral water-based maintenance solution provides excellent cleaning and protection for polished wood floors, PVC, linoleum, and other surfaces. It dries within 1 hour without residues and is suitable for both manual and mechanical applications. The product is FIBA-certified for sports floors and can be stored for up to 36 months. Recommended usage is approximately 100 m² with a dosage of 20 ml per liter of water.

- The product must be shaken well before application.
- Loose dirt and dust should be removed beforehand using a vacuum cleaner, broom, or mop.
- Depending on the application, add approximately 20 ml to a bucket containing 10 liters of water; this is sufficient for 100 m².
- For initial maintenance, mix 1 liter of Loba CareCleaner with 10 liters of water and use it to wipe the cleaned or thoroughly cleaned floor coverings. The surface can be polished once dry.
- For manual maintenance, mix 50 ml of the solution with 10 liters of water and wipe the floor coverings with a mop. Allow any remaining moisture on the surface to dry.
- For mechanical maintenance, mix 25 ml of the solution with 10 liters of water and clean the floor coverings with a cleaning and suction machine. Do not perform the suction immediately after cleaning to allow the moisture on the surface to dry and achieve sufficient maintenance effect.
- Avoid applying excessive amounts of cleaning solution to the surface. Excessive water usage and prolonged contact time may cause swelling in parquet, wooden floors, and cork coverings; therefore, this should be avoided.
- The product is also suitable for use in automatic scrubbing-vacuum machines.
- For heavy dirt, increase the dosage appropriately. Wipe the surface damp with the cleaning solution using an appropriate cleaning device.
