Due to its high flexibility, it can absorb expansions up to 25% in expansion joints and seams. Once cured, ARDEX SE is resistant to UV rays, outdoor weather conditions, and various effective cleaning products. Joints can be cleaned without any problems. Its fungicide structure prevents mold and mildew formation.
