ARDEX K 80 is used to smooth and level floors before the application of final coverings like parquet, PVC, and textiles. This self-leveling, cement-based flooring material can be applied over rough concrete, concrete floors, cement and calcium sulfate screeds. Additionally, it can be used to correct old floors made of ceramic and natural stone, and it is suitable for use as a final layer in basements, workshops, warehouses, and industrial areas.

ARDEX K 80 is self-leveling and fluid, automatically smoothing and leveling itself while hardening. It is suitable for indoor use and offers properties recognized as quick-setting and smart screed by consumers. The product is known for its rapid drying feature and provides industrial-grade high strength.

Product Content

ARDEX K 80 is a gray powder product reinforced with cement, powder polymer, chemicals, and special fillers. Thanks to its excellent fluid consistency, it spreads and levels itself and can be pumped. The product can be worked for approximately 30 minutes and is walkable after about 2 hours. As the mortar dries and completes its hydration, it quickly becomes ready for covering. This floor leveling product has low internal and surface stresses, making it exceptionally durable.
