Rapid Strength Self-Leveling Screed – ARDEX K 22 TF

ARDEX K 22 TF is a calcium sulfate-based self-leveling screed that develops rapid strength and can be applied up to 50mm. Walkable after 90 minutes, with high-performance fiber reinforcement and low internal stress, it ensures a crack-free surface.

Usage Areas

Used for smoothing and filling surfaces before the installation of textile carpet coverings, rubber, linoleum, PVC, and LVT coverings, parquet, and ceramic coverings. Suitable for calcium sulfate, cement, and magnesite-based screeds, poured asphalt, dry screed, OSB boards, ceramic tile coverings, surfaces with water-resistant adhesive and filler residues, and other surfaces to prepare them for covering.

Product Content

A white powder based on alpha hemihydrate with high-performance fiber reinforcement and special additives, including high-quality resin dispersions. When mixed with water, it forms a smooth, highly fluid, self-leveling, and pumpable mortar with a working time of 30 minutes. It is walkable after 90 minutes. Due to its very low internal stress during drying, it does not crack.
