Enhance Mortar Performance with ARDEX E75 Additive
ARDEX E75 is an acrylic dispersion additive for various ARDEX products, improving mortar consistency and adhesion without increasing water ratio. It strengthens bonding, making it ideal for repairing concrete defects and enhancing ceramic and natural stone adhesion. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it ensures strong adhesion and long-lasting results. Available in 10 kg and 25 kg canisters, it has a shelf life of approximately 12 months when stored properly.
Usage Areas
Can be used as an additive with the following products:
- ARDEX A38, Hydraulic screed binder
- ARDEX A45 (FEIN), Concrete repair mortar and plaster
- ARDEX AR300, Concrete repair mortar and ceramic adhesive
- ARDEX B10, Concrete leveling mortar
- ARDEX X7G MICROTEC, Ceramic adhesive
- ARDEX X7W FLEKS, Ceramic adhesive
Improves the consistency of the mortar without increasing the water ratio, facilitating workability without compromising other properties.
Strengthens adhesion and bonding.
Provides long-lasting results in repairing and correcting defects, holes, edges, and corners in concrete, plaster, screed, and prefabricated elements.
When used with ceramic tile adhesives, it enhances the bonding strength of ceramics and natural stones.
Ensures strong adhesion of large-format porcelain ceramics and natural stones, laminated with fiberglass mesh and epoxy on the backside, to ceramic adhesive.
Indoor and Outdoor Use
With ARDEX E75 reinforcement, the adhesion strength of mortars on raw concrete reaches at least 1.5 N/mm² after 28 days.

When used as a primer slurry with ARDEX A38 Hydraulic Binder, 25 kg of ARDEX A38 is mixed with 25 kg of 0-5 mm sand and 50 liters of E 75 to achieve a slurry consistency.
If used as a bonding agent, it should be mixed with powder product and sand, then applied with a brush by pressing firmly. The main mortar should be applied while the surface is still fresh, using the wet-on-wet method.
For such applications, ensure the surface is free from separating agents, and clean and roughen surfaces treated with surface hardeners or formwork oils before application.
Apply at temperatures above +5°C.
