ARDEX K 511 is a two-component, self-leveling, mineral-based decorative floor coating system ideal for creating concrete-look surfaces in residential, office, and retail spaces with light foot traffic. It provides a durable, low-stress, and shrinkage-resistant finish.
Product Content
The powder product consists of a mixture of special additives, fillers, synthetic powder dispersion, gray cement, and special hydraulic powder binders. The water-based liquid product consists of a special blend of strength-enhancing liquid polymers. The powder and liquid products are mixed together in exact proportions as provided in the packaging and should be applied together. No additional water is added. Once the two components are mixed, a fluid and spreading mortar is formed. Due to the product’s very low internal stress and shrinkage, no cracking occurs during drying.
Usage Areas
ARDEX K 511 is a two-component, self-leveling, mineral-based decorative floor coating system that is used for indoor floors in areas with light foot traffic such as residential, office, and retail spaces where a concrete look is desired. The product is self-leveling and can also be used to smooth and level floor surfaces.
It can be applied on absorbent surfaces such as concrete, cement screeds, and gypsum screeds, as well as on non-absorbent surfaces like terrazzo, natural stone, and ceramic. Subsequent processes, protection, and polishing can be done 24-48 hours after application.

Can be stored for approximately 12 months in a dry and cool environment, between +5 and 25°C, in its original closed packaging, protected from frost.
