Product Composition

Cement-based instant setting water plug mortar. Does not shrink, expands immediately upon application, providing permanent waterproofing. Dries very quickly, instantly stopping leaks. Does not shrink, slightly expands. Its mechanical properties are similar to or even higher than concrete. Non-toxic, suitable for drinking water. Can be applied underwater. Contains no chlorides or chemicals that cause corrosion. Easy to apply.

Important Considerations

The product mixture should be held in a gloved hand until it slightly warms up. Fill the void with the prepared mortar using all your strength, pressing without withdrawing your hand or trowel. Apply this pressure for approximately 2-3 minutes. If the void is too large to fill in one go, start from the edges and work towards the center.

HUMISTOP PLUG reaches its full strength within 2-3 minutes at 20°C. In higher ambient temperatures, the reaction time can be extended using cold water. In lower temperatures, hot water can be used. The application should be carried out between +5°C and +30°C.
